Rich Oller has always had an entrepreneurial spirit with a hands-on approach to life and in 1989, at his kitchen table, he had the idea to bring something new to the industry. Thus emerged Oller Engineering, Inc., a Water Resources and Environmental Engineering focused consulting firm built with a passion for our work, our clients, and our communities.
