    • Waterline Capacity Study and Design of waterline and service connections for new proposed plat of a residential neighborhood expansion.

    • OEI completed capacity study for existing water transmission line to proposed new residential development.

    • Designed size and placement for new water supply line within the residential neighborhood with associated water meter sizing and placement.

    • Completed report and design drawings per state regulatory requirements. Finalized all plans and specifications for construction of new infrastructure.

    • Assisted with required County permitting for waterline boring under the county road.

Alliance Federal Credit Union- New ITM Site

    • The technical design of a concrete driveway and community area within new proposed site and completed required regulatory permitting by TxDOT.

    • Completed full design and permitting approval of new concrete driveway and common community area with boundary fencing and assisted with procurement of electrical site design.

    • Assisted with the completion of full site survey.

    • Completed required design drawings and specifications for the approval of the required TxDOT permit, and finally providing assistance with construction inspection.
