Kyle Spinks

Civil Engineer Intern

Spinks joined OEI’s team as an intern in the engineering department in 2023. He is a senior at Texas Tech University and has served as president of the ASCE student chapter. Spinks is continuing his internship with OEI for the duration of the Fall semester and brings experience in leadership and business development. He is a Houston native and frequently travels from Tech to Houston to visit family. OEI is excited to have him on the team and looks forward to his bright future!
