Bio
Wendy brings specific experience in water and wastewater projects located in Texas, including supply, distribution, and treatment. She has extensive experience with meeting state regulatory requirements within the water and wastewater sectors and working with regulatory agencies to develop acceptable solutions that comply with current regulations pertaining to the various systems involved – such as water, wastewater and soils. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Texas Tech University, with a specific interest in water systems, water and wastewater treatment, water supply/distribution and sanitary sewer system collection and transfer. Wendy is a Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) licensed water operator, a member of Texas Young Professionals, Texas Water Utility Association, American Water Works Association, and licensed through the Texas Board of Professional Engineers.
Wendy has extensive experience with Phase I & II environmental assessments and well sampling for contaminated groundwater. Additionally, Wendy is proficient in soil identifications & analysis as well as water analysis and developing remediation & groundwater monitoring plans.
