Bio
Dr. Fedler is a recognized expert on water resource assessment, water and wastewater issues, and planning and development. He has 40 years of experience in research and teaching Civil Engineering at Texas Tech University. In addition to his accomplished research in water and wastewater Dr. Fedler has provided expert oversight on numerous environmental projects including several for the City of Lubbock. Dr. Fedler is OEI’s Director of Environmental Compliance and Design and assists in providing environmental oversight and compliance for all designs in accordance with TCEQ requirements.
