Kyler Allen
GIS Technical Architect/IT Support
Kyler is OEI’s GIS Team Lead and utilizes ESRI’s GIS mapping software to assist our clients in infrastructure management, providing immediate access to utility locations and details. Kyler looks to assist organizations who are looking to move away from paper maps and forms and employ a new way of obtaining data in the field. These applications are critical for improving an organization’s understanding of their systems and asset location.
Kyler attended Texas Tech University where he earned his Bachelor’s in Geography with a minor in GIS. Coming from a farming and ranching background, Kyler has a deep understanding of the importance of asset location and being hands-on. In his free time, Kyler enjoys rooting on his favorite Dallas sports teams and carving out a weekend in the cold months to spend time on the ski slopes.
